Cost is not the same as value. Many contract security users pay low rate for service, but also rate the value of service low. An appropriate compensation package is essential if sufficiently qualified people are to be attracted and retained, and high turnover is to be avoided.

MSI encourages each of our clients to become involved in determining the minimum compensation package. Our benefit package far exceeds what is normal for our industry. We include credit union membership, discount club membership, free uniforms, holiday pay, vacation pay; we also offer hospitalization insurance and dental plans. In addition, MSI assures each security officer that his or her paycheck will arrive on time and every effort is made to assure that it is correct.
